IT-Operations supporter with an interest in the mobile-app industry

At Calldorado we break down the two main barriers to growth in the app economy. By offering our mobile SDK to app owners free of charge, we enable them to put their app features into the spotlight and generate revenue, and we do that with huge success.

We are growing quickly as part of this process we need an IT-supporter to handle all internal IT related matters. You will be part of the Operations team, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Operations & HR. The team are highly valued by the employees as they are known for their high level of service towards the employees and a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:

You will oversee the handling of all IT inquiries from our employees. You daily tasks will vary between our current processes and working on evaluating and optimizing these to ensure a smooth and professional IT operation.

 

Your tasks will be:
  • Support employee technology lifecycle, i.e., hardware, software, mobile.
  • Prepare/maintain new MAC or Windows computers.
  • Install/maintain Office365, virus-protection etc.
  • Monitoring and handling of alarms from our systems.
  • Solve Incidents. Diagnosing software and hardware issues when appropriate and fixing them as quickly as possible.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as Hardware ordering and deliveries as well as Day-to-day administration of IT-hardware, printers, network, and meeting room technology and keep track of what we have and where.
  • Preparing IT equipment for new employees.
  • Ensuring all IT licenses are handled correctly and updated when needed.
  • Ensuring security/maintaining our intranet, internal systems, and our cloud solution.
  • Create/maintain user licenses and related security accesses in various systems.

 

 

Are you our next IT-Ninja?

You have some years of experience from a similar role. You can present a minimum of an IT-support educational background and a positive can-do-attitude.
You are structured in your approach and are self-driven. You are good at spotting how things can be done more effectively.
You are familiar with the Google Suite/Workspace Universe, Zendesk and Office 365. It will be preferred if you are used to handling both 1st and 2nd level support. Having knowledge in cloud solutions like AWS would also be a plus.

You are the type who takes ownership and finds solutions, also when it comes to things you have not worked with before.
